I went to Melissa for a one hour session every week to lose body fat and tone up before my honeymoon. Her programme helped me do just that. I lost weight and my arms especially became really toned which was something I hadn't been able to do myself. I started to enjoy going to the gym again and rediscovered the kind of food my body needed. The exercises weren't boring and with her help I pushed myself harder than I have done before by myself.
