1 TO 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

An individual training program where we work specifically on achieving your goals. Nutritional advice is included, as well as building a program to suit your fitness level and work around any limitations/ injuries you may have.

PARTNER TRAINING

Train with a friend and work towards your goals together. Even if you both have slightly different levels of fitness, I create training programs that suit your individual abilities. This means that although you’ll be training together, you’ll still be pushed individually.

GROUP TRAINING

Enquire now about joining a group, or bring your own! Group training is a fun and motivational way to reach your goals
Each group will be max 3-4 people. A great way to make new friends in the gym!
